Welcome to RAIVX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About RAIVX

RAIVX is an online clothing brand offering products including Oversized T-Shirts, Hoodies, and other apparel. Some of our products are produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, meaning the product may be printed or prepared after an order is placed.

2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, designs, colours, sizes, and images accurately.

However:

  • Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

  • Print size, placement, or appearance may have minor variations due to the production process.

  • Customers should carefully check the product description and size chart before ordering.

Such reasonable minor variations are not necessarily considered product defects.

3. Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

RAIVX reserves the right to change product prices, discounts, offers, or shipping charges at any time.

The price applicable to an order will normally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors where permitted by law.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving:

  • Incorrect product pricing caused by a technical error

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Invalid or incomplete customer information

  • Product or fulfilment unavailability

  • Repeated misuse of Cash on Delivery

  • Other circumstances preventing us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, any eligible amount paid will be refunded according to the applicable payment method and our policies.

5. Print-on-Demand Orders

Some RAIVX products are printed or manufactured specifically after an order is confirmed.

For this reason, once production has started, cancellation, modification, return, or exchange may not always be possible.

Please check your design, colour, size, quantity, delivery address, and contact information carefully before confirming an order.

6. Payments

Depending on availability, we may accept payment methods such as:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Supported online payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Online payments may be processed through independent third-party payment gateways.

RAIVX does not require customers to share their UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, or online banking password with us.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and serviceable PIN codes.

RAIVX may contact customers to verify COD orders before production or dispatch.

We reserve the right to restrict COD availability where reasonably necessary, including in cases of repeated refused deliveries, invalid contact details, or suspected misuse.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Print-on-Demand production time

  • Courier delays

  • Customer location

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should carefully check the size chart before ordering.

For damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect products, customers should contact RAIVX within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the requested supporting information.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because POD products may enter production shortly after confirmation, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production or fulfilment has started.

If cancellation is accepted for an eligible prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the RAIVX brand name, website content, graphics, original designs, logos, photographs, and other brand materials owned by RAIVX are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, commercially distribute, modify, or use our protected content without appropriate permission.

Third-party names, marks, or content remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to the website or systems

  • Conducting fraudulent transactions

  • Providing intentionally false information

  • Introducing malicious software or code

  • Using the website for unlawful activities

  • Infringing the rights of RAIVX or third parties

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, printing, fulfilment, shipping, and other business functions.

Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and privacy practices.
